Integrity are the print experts formerly known as Communisis. They're the UK's leading trade manufacturer of business stationery as well as the oldest and biggest continuous (spool) printers in the UK - giving us important things like bank statements. Marcom has been helping them build a brand that expresses this trustworthy expertise.

Sometimes the simplest solutions are best – if you’ve got it, say it.

Integrity Print

challenge

Heritage, quality, highly trained employees and reliable delivery - Communisis had it all. But for some reason they were losing momentum and struggling to maintain the reputation they deserved. After some productive brand interrogation, we felt that the answer was fairly simple - the name 'Communisis' was far too generic for such a specialist company. They were suffering from a corporate identity crisis.

create

In an industry that demands flawless quality and reliability - yet with so many new, less qualified players - we wanted to create an identity that would a) say what they did and b) say who they were, setting them apart for their superior values and quality. Integrity Print ticks both these boxes, especially when qualified by the powerful positioning statement: The Print Professionals. The design of the new identity complemented this trustworthy, experienced stance.

effect

The new ID has clearly conveyed exactly what the market was looking for and we've been very excited by the response. Since it was launched, sales have increased, market share has increased and profitability has increased. More importantly, Integrity are back at full capacity - continuous printing in every sense.
